Hi dear when I speak from other device like mobile the audio is not coming and not able to hear the sound back from the device but siren is working

Hi @user_21dd49. When you activate the Live View in the Ring app, you need to tap the microphone icon to use the two-way audio. If you do not tap the microphone icon, two-way audio will not be enabled, and what you say into your phone will not be played on the Stick Up Cam's speaker.
