Hi @user_042a30. Ring devices can only have one Owner, which is the person who set the Ring device up. The Owner can add Shared Users, who will have access to Live View and notifications from the shared device. If you're having difficulty accessing Live View, what's happening? Does the Live View fail to load and time out, or do you not see the device at all?
