I was robbed
hardwired-video-doorbell
How is it that my Ring doorbell was working fine on 12/22 and didn’t record anything on 12/23 then worked fine on 12/24.
The 23rd is when I was robbed???

We don't have access to device information here on the Ring Community, so I can only speculate why your Ring Doorbell may not have captured a particular event. If the Doorbell was disconnected from wifi, it would not be able to detect and record any events. I'd recommend following up with our support team directly for further assistance.
