Hacked camera
I came home with my daughter today as we walked into my apartment my ring camera did not alert me or send an alert through my phone . When I reviewed the video instead of the bottom of the video showing in blue it was orange like someone else was watching me . So I walked in the veiw of the camera again still nothing . So I sat down to eat and repeated it again . Still nothing . This is not the first time this is every day. So I stand out of the cameras veiw go into my phone and hit the camera app on my phone so i can record that the blue light is on and my camera is not alerting me. Soon as I step in the ring cameras veiw it says ( you are currently being recorded) and I get an alert on my phone .

Hi @user_3592f9. Nobody has access to your Ring devices except for you, and anybody you have chosen to add as a Shared User for that device. You have complete control over Shared Users, and can remove them at any time. I would recommend reviewing the tools and options to manage your account security in the Control Center.
Regarding motion detection concerns, these can typically be resolved by making adjustments to your motion settings. You may need to expand your Motion Zones, or increase the Motion Sensitivity, if you find that your camera is missing events. Also keep in mind that having the camera installed too high or low, or having it angled too harshly, will negatively impact motion detection.
