Camera not picking up all information.

My camera does not pick up all motion. Why would this be? I just reviewed Camera from earlier and I went in and out of property and it only pays me going out and my Neighbour has also left. I walked past my front door and it did not pick up that they were there at all.

Hi @user_0e7d39. I'd be happy to offer troubleshooting guidance, but need a few more details first. To start, which model of Ring camera or doorbell do you have? What is the last reported wifi signal strength? You can find this information on the Device Health page in the Ring app. How do you have your Motion Zones configured? Feel free to share a screenshot if you feel comfortable doing so.
