Spotlight Cam Pro has no “Smart Responses”

Just purchased my 3rd ring product, the spotlight cam pro. Called customer service and confirmed it doesn’t have smart responses as a feature, but the cheaper spotlight cam plus does include it as a feature. Makes no sense. Customer service told me to write a post as a resolution for someone higher up in ring to take notice and correct this issue.

It doesn't make sense that the more expensive camera doesn't have "Smart Response". That is very disappointing RING. You need to fix this!!!

Gah! I was afraid of this, and it explains my confusion whenever I go to look for it. I have several cameras and some have it and some do not. Grrr. Even my indoor cam has it! It’s an important feature and makes me want to not buy the pro version just to ensure I have it. Thanks for this confirmation, albeit disappointing.
