Smart Response on Solar Panel Cameras

I really think that smart response should be added to cameras that are on solar panels. I can’t imagine that it would take up that much battery with a response. Even if you add 2 batteries in the device. I just can’t understand why it’s not available as a feature! Is this something that can be added that enough people would want?
