Seniors Fall Detection

Any possibility for Ring to add a new feature to detect falls (especially for elderly). We are using the indoor cam to monitor our parents but it would be great if it can detect falls and not just motions and send us critical alerts.

Hi, I’m one of the founders of Remy. We recently built this exact capability as a third-party app for existing Ring cameras. Remy detects potential falls and other concerning events and alerts a caregiver, without requiring you to replace your Ring cameras.

This is a feature that we also need. There are plenty of other systems out there that have fall detection. I don't want to swap out my Rings for another brand, but if fall detection isn't added, I'll have to. Between monitoring my elderly parents and my husband who's had 2 strokes and a heart attack, fall detection is now a necessity.
