I would love to see an option to back up the connection on the Ring Intercom, especially when it’s being used to access your building. I’ve had several occasions where my Wi-Fi has gone down at my property, leaving me unable to get in and having to wait for someone else to let me in.

It would be great if there were an option to add a secondary Wi-Fi network (with a second username and password) that the device could automatically switch to if the primary connection fails. Alternatively, a new type of intercom that allows you to add a SIM card so it remains connected at all times would be a brilliant solution.
