Idea about active zones when setting alarm

When attempting to arm your Ring Alarm using the keypad, there is no way to see which zone is active unless you try to set the alarm through the Ring app. Why doesn’t the app’s event history show the active zone, or why doesn’t the keypad identify which zone is preventing the alarm from being armed?

Hi @user_8feedb. There is only one zone with the Ring Alarm system. When you arm the Ring Alarm, there is only one zone to be armed.
