Flexibility with custom time

Please give us the ability to customise the end time earlier than the fixed time recommended.
And remove the following Alert:
“This schedule starts at dusk.
To avoid issues at times of the year when dusk falls close to your custom End Time, please set it to 9:00 PM or later.”
9:00pm is too late in Winter.
