Feedback on New Features

I notice a lot of new features to the Ring app this year. I don't know who is telling Ring to do these things and that it is a good idea, because the changes are not good ideas. I have 27 cameras. All Ring is accomplishing is making the app take longer to get to what you need too. Why does the app keep refreshing? That just got rolled out. I don't like it and I'm sure I'm not alone. What's the purpose? Why can you not see red notices by the cameras that had motions the last time you looked at the app? That was useful. You are taking away a lot of nice features and replacing them with useless ones. You could at least make these "ideas" optional so that you can toggle them off/on. I also noticed during one of your updates you changed all the settings on my cameras for the recording length to be auto from where I had it. I did not ask for this but someone from Ring thought this was a good idea for the masses. Why? I absolutely dread doing any updates because I know Ring has made more changes that will be forced on me. You need to listen to your customers instead of changing the app daily for no real reason.
