Feature Request - Restore Security Device Visibility To Ring.com

Hello,

We have used Ring Security Systems for our business for a few years now because it's better than the competition. As a small business, I do not issue company-owned mobile phones to employees. But each employee has access to a company computer.

In the past, security devices and sensors associated with a Ring Alarm system used to display on ring.com on the dashboard. This was useful as employees could monitor door sensor statuses, react to low battery notifications, etc. without needing to install an app on their personal phone and maintain company credentials there to sign in. They could do this all instead on their company computer, while at work, in just a simple tab on their browser. 

However, this visiblity was removed from the website and now security sensors and devices can only be monitored via a mobile app. This imposes a significant barrier to employee monitoring of our facilities because now they need two devices to do their jobs: the company computer for their normal work + a mobile device just to monitor the Ring alarm system. 

Restoring sensor visibility to the website would allow our business to easily continue the monitoring we need to do. Without it, we could easily be enticed by a competitors' product that does offer this ease-of-monitoring on a website as such an offering reduces the number of devices we need to manage for employees by half.

    I completely agree.  Accessibility of security devices within ring.com was a feature I used often before my devices mysteriously vanished from the interface.  Although I use the app, having the devices available from the web interface is useful for various purposes.  How much saving of overhead or support staff resources can there be in removing the web access?

    Please restore the base station connected device access to the web.

    Also, the Mailbox sensor should be included as well.

        Yes, please restore the individual connected devices view to the Ring.com website.  Also, sweeping changes like this ought to be run by your user base, or at least announced somewhere in a blog post or something.

        Keep pi$$ing off your customer base and don't be suprised if they migrate to a different, cheaper platform.  Just ask Microsoft how well their forced Windows 11 desktop migration is going for them...

        (written from a brand new Dell laptop that no longer has Windows 11 installed, Zorin OS is working fine...)
