This AI trial is causing problems for my account on my pc

I've been a Ring Multi plan for 5 years now. Recently added an indoor cam plus, and now Ring rolled out an AI trial. Now on my computer, I cannot go to Devices on top menu on my pc as it won't list my devices and will be like this until this trial expires in 218 days. I tried to cancel the trial as I am not interested.

    Hi @davetully. Could you please check if you have a duplicate location on your account with no devices assigned to it? You can do this by hovering over the house symbol in the top right corner when logged into your account on Ring.com. If you find a duplicate location, it might be causing the issue, and deleting it could resolve the problem. If that's not the case, please share a screenshot of your missing devices.
