In 2022i moved to a new home and sold my old home. No cameras (floodlights and doorbell) have been active since 2022.

I recently had problems setting up Pet Ring and noticed a billing tab, so I looked and Ring has been double charging me- instead of 99.00 plus tax (didn’t apply military discount) I have been charge 217.00. I called today and yep said “you should have known to cancel subscription” I asked how I would know that when I transferred stuff to new house.

he gave me a “partial” refund for 83.00?

promised I would get a call back from manager and nothing-
