Contrary to information currently available on Amazon and Ring websites, it appears the 10% discount on Ring products for Ring Protect subscribers is no longer available for Amazon purchases as had been the case at least up until at least last year.  After extended conversations with Amazon and Ring, no one could explain why the discount on "qualified" Ring products is no longer available through Amazon.  As a long time owner of Ring products and subscriber to Ring Protect, it is frustrating to be unable to get clear answers.  Customer support from both organizations seemed at a loss of clear information or answers.

Another example of once good customer focused companies forgetting their roots for expediencies sake.
