Ring cancelled my plan

My yearly plan renewed in March for the premium legacy plan, which I have been on for over five years. It was auto paid through a credit card and got double charged. I was able to get the second charges reversed a week later. Then today, after nearly a month, they cancelled my plan. They sent me an email this morning stating my premium legacy subscription is set to renew March 2027. I called and spent over an hour on the phone asking to speak with a supervisor, the billing service rep just kept repeating herself saying I needed to sign up for a new plan that was double the price, they no longer offer that plan. After asking numerous times for a supervisor, they finally called me back. During that time they went and refunded my payment that was made in March for the legacy plan, which I did not ask them to do. She then said the same thing as the rep, I would have to subscribe to one of the new plans. So I was forced off my plan after paying and receiving confirmation. Horrible customer service! I have referred so many people to them and even purchased ring products as gifts for family and friends. What happened to Ring? Has anyone else paid for a yearly plan and then had it cancelled with zero warning?
