moved to a house with a ring doorbell

Ive moved to a house with an existing ring doorbell. Trying to set it up. it doesnt have a qr code, or any obvious pin, but I have the serial number and a mac id. How do I do it?

Hi @user_b043ab. During the setup process, you should see an option that says, "Setup Without Scanning". This process will allow you connect the device to wifi.
