Doorbell Camara problems

Two days ago installed doorbell Camara pro 2. Everything worked on the third day could not get live views. The bell is close to the modem wifi is good.YesterdayCame home tried everything even to reinstall network. Didn't helpThen later nothing works.On the the existing bell when i installed the camera originally I installed the little square box with wires to the old bell.House built 1986. I the bell Camara bad .

Hi @user_0ee343. Are you saying your Wired Doorbell Pro is now unresponsive? If so, have you verified that there is still power going to the Doorbell?
