Charged for a plan that I did not authorize. Need help with refund.

Hi Ring Community,I just noticed that I’ve been charged for a yearly Ring plan that I never knowingly selected or authorized. According to my account, the plan runs through August 1, 2026 (screenshot attached).A few important points:• I do not use the Ring camera tied to this plan.• I have never opted for yearly billing — I always choose monthly, if anything.• I had no idea this plan was active until I saw the renewal notice.I have this plan canceled immediately. I request to receive a full refund for the charge. This was not something I agreed to, and I don’t want to be charged for a service I’m not using.Can someone from Ring Support please help, or guide me on how to get this resolved quickly?Thank you,Star Shelton
