All my other ring devices work well, the wired flood lights stopped working a week ago. Says ring bridge not connected. On the app it says it’s online, I have reset it 6 times , moved to a different location , checked for power to lights and restarted my router a few times. Nothing. Blue lights stopped working on steady says online but lights say offline due to bridge. Bridge has tried to update itself but looked like it took hours and never did. Thanks for help I need my floods back
