Solar Pathlight Offline After Charging

During the hurricane, I brought in my solar pathlights and had to recharge most of them before putting them back outside. Once I did, I got a push notification that one of them was offline even though the battery is fully charged. I plugged it back in, and it said it was online again, but it went back offline after unplugging it again. I removed it from the app and readded it. It was plugged in at the time, and it was blinking while plugged in. The light immediately went off and shortly after got another notification it's offline.
