Ring was a huge mistake
I purchased 3 spotlights and 1 floodlight to go with my ring doorbell. 2 of the 4 cameras have failed within a year. After hours with support, they finally realized the cameras failed. They agreed to send a replacement, but sent the wrong versions. I now need to send two back and hope third time is a charm. I’ve spent hours troubleshooting, taking the cameras down and reinstalling. Support provides canned responses and won’t refund anything. Thinking about changing the whole system but ring isn’t willing to refund anything even though their product doesn’t work. Support regurgitates the same answer over and over with no escalation path. Super frustrating experience and recommend any other system other than ring.

I have a camera that worked for a few months and then stopped working. I called and they sent me a replacement. It also failed in a few weeks. now they are telling me that its out of warranty and they cant refund the money. I'll write a post on Internet about this. Terrible customer service. I'll never buy anything from them and will tell everybody not to but from Ring. And they hung up om me just now while I was on hold for a while.
