Ring Spotlight Cam Plus stopped working suddenly and unable to update and will not factory reset.

All of a sudden my Ring Spotlight Cam Plus stopped working.I've searched the internet and tried all the recommended steps but still cannot get it to work.Tried the following.1. power off then power on the device after about 10 mins. There is blue led light in the front that stays on for about 10 seconds then goes off.2. pressed the button at the top for 20 seconds. The LED light goes orange and then starts flashing, I've tried to go through the setup steps again during this time but does not work. Device is not able to connect to my wifi.3. Pressed the button at the top for about 1 minute to try and trigger factor reset. This does not work and the device just goes to orange LED light for a while then back to blue and then light goes off.
