ring solar light filling up with rain water.

the detection lense bubble on my ring solar light has filled up with water and is causing a problem with reliable operation of the light. the electronics inside appear to be corroding. is this part replaceable? i am capable of repairing it if parts are available. very disappointed that this problem even occurs in a light designed to be used outdoors, and of course, does not begin to affect operation until slightly after the warranty expires!
