Ring floodlight camera

I have 2 floodlight cameras. They worked fine for a while . Now the lights stay on all the time . I tried everything listed . Is there a fix for this

Ring devices do not last....I have multiple failures in several ring devices

Hi @user_73669c. Have your tried reboot the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds? Also, try power cycling the device by removing power for about 5 minutes. Let me know if this helps.
