Pathway lighting and hard-wired “smart” bulbs go offline every 2-3 days, no permanent fix for this yet?

- UThe distance between the ring alarm pro base station and the smart lighting varies. The closest distance would be a couple feet, the longest distance would be approximately 40 feet. How can I switch these lights to an independent bridge instead of the built in bridge included in the base station?•

C@user36866 Completing a new setup of your Smart Lighting devices under Set Up a Device will allow you to choose a different Bridge. If you're going to use a Ring Bridge, ensure the Bridge is already set up before doing this. To use a [compatible Echo device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059329551-Using-your-Echo-devices-as-a-Smart-Lighting-Bridge) as a Bridge, you will need to link your Ring account to your Amazon account first. If this connectivity concern persists, I would recommend following up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) to let them know this is still happening. It may require more advanced troubleshooting to find a solution.•0

UI am having a similar problem. I connected 4 bulbs to my bridge and once connected to my bridge all worked flawlessly. However a couple of hours later all of sudden the light symbol on the app is red and started saying offline. The bridge still says it’s online but all of the lights say they are offline. I’ve reset the bridge, and reboot the router, logged out/into, and nothing helps. I noticed that if I press the light tab that says offline, it lists all my lights as ok and connected. So I am thinking there is a glitch on the app?
You might say that if they work even though it says offline I should not bother, but it is annoying to have to run extra steps to make them work when it should be showing in the main screen of the app.•0
