Pathway Light not appearing and unable to list devices in browser
troubleshooting

I've reset one of my pathway lights (battery) because it was disconnected. When I try to add the device via the app, I get a message "this device is already registered to you" and then it doesn't appear anywhere. I also noticed that now when I go to the "Devices" menu in the web browser, it redirects me back to the dashboard and I cannot see a full list of my devices. On the app I can see the devices, but not the pathway light I was trying to add. Can anyone help?

    Hi @user_21089d. Is this light currently in a Light Group? When you tap on the Lights Tile, does it appear there? Either as online or offline?
