Light group of A19 bulbs on dusk-to-dawn schedule doesn't come on reliably.
I have installed a Ring bridge that controls about 8 A19 smart bulbs which are all in the same group. The bulbs are installed around a rental apartment building (about 3500 sqft across two floors). They are used to provide light in the hallways and outside the building. (I don't live on site.) I've set the light group up to operate on a dusk to dawn schedule in the app, using the schedule a d dusk to dawn feature.
Tenants have reported that the lights are not coming on reliably. One tenant also reported that even though the light showed on in the app, it was actually off.
How can I debug/fix this? It's a safety issue.

I had a similar experience. Added a mesh unit to insure the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough to cover all of the devices. Everything worked great after the installation of the mesh unit. Before installing the mesh unit, I ran a signal sweep to fine the most promising site.

Hi @user_831d18. For Smart Lighting, there aren't many troubleshooting steps available to try. I'd recommend deleting your Light Schedule, then setting it back up again. If you have multiple schedules set up, delete all of them. You could also try selecting a specific on and off time rather than dusk to dawn, as sunrise and sunset can have some variance from day to day.
