Beacon sign
in app light settings won't activate, Oops something went wrong try again later. Wifi good, I have reset the bridge etc. Help

Hi @user51848. Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Our team has investigated the issue, and it has now been resolved. Your Ring Beacon should be working correctly in the Ring app now.

Hi @user51848. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you use a VPN on you phone? Can you share a screenshot of the Device Health me menu? If you bring the Beacon closer, does it work then? Thanks for this information.
