Hello, I received a ring doorbell from my neighbour, she stripped the screwhole using the wrong screw set and the bottom right plastic where the screw goes is distorted, resulting in the faceplate not going on as it should anymore. It attaches securely with the security screw so the battery stays in, but it bothers me and I would like to get it fixed. Any ideas since I can’t reach the actual customer support?
