Hi everyone,

I’m trying to install a Ring Intercom audio with my Golmar T-540 UNO SE v3.00 analog audio intercom, but I can’t complete the setup.

During the configuration in the Ring app, I get Error 16-33 when I press the door release button.

Here is what I’ve already tried:

• My intercom is a Golmar T-540 UNO se (analog audio system).

• The Ring Intercom powers on normally (green LED).

• The Ring app identifies my intercom as compatible.

• I connected the wires following the app instructions.

• Ring support suggested connecting C11 to the + terminal, but it still doesn’t work.

• The original intercom works perfectly for talking and opening the door.

Has anyone successfully installed a Ring Intercom with a Golmar T-540 UNO or a similar Golmar analog intercom?
