Ring Doorbell keeps going offline
My Ring doorbell (2nd gen) keeps going turning off despite having a full battery (>95% full). it is connected to a Ring Chime. The ring chime has signal strength of RSSI - 44 and the doorbell has RSSI - 37. The internet speed where doorbell and the chime is 40 mbps (tested using speed app). I never had this problem until relatively recently (2-3 weeks ago)- considering there were no changes to the WiFi or router at home I am puzzled as to why this is happening. Also when I try to power up the device using the orange button it wouldn’t power up and I would have to plug in a micro USB to the ring doorbell to help it power up, only for it to do the exact same thing again after a few minutes

Hi @user_1108bc. I suggest resetting your doorbell. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Let me know if this helps.
