Thanks Pino

I now realise my model is actually Urmet CS 1133/002B (I have reinstalled using this model on the app). I still have the same issue unfortunately. The lock will also only intermittently unlock from the outside (the Ring receives the signal but doesn't always 'buzz' the front door).
