Help with Urmet 1130/16 - 1 door
troubleshooting
I am trying to connect my Ring Intercom to my Urmet 1130/16. I’ve had a look at other posts but I’m unsure what I’m doing wrong - I’ve connected Cable A to the parts as indicated by the Ring app. However, the buzzer is no longer working. Can you help me?

According to the photo you shared, your intercom model is Urmet CS 1130-007C.
Please select the correct model and make sure that all wires are fully inserted, the original intercom wire going into port 6 looks like it is not fully inserted.
