CLV other wise known as continuous live view, I upgraded to Premium plan today to get this continuous live view but sadly dissapointed as it keeps disconnecting and having to re connect manually. So why am I paying double £159.99 a year for this plan when it does not work as advertised? I will be calling them tomorrow and downgrading my plan back to the ring multi this is crazy.

Hi @sdewsnap. This is expected behavior for this feature. With Continuous Live View, you will receive a "Still watching?" prompt after about 1 hour in the Ring app. If you do not confirm the prompt, the Live View session is ended.
