Live View stuck on a still image over Wi-Fi after v5.101.0 update (iOS)
I am using a Ring Video Doorbell 4 and I’ve encountered a specific issue since updating the iOS Ring app to version 5.101.0.
The Problem: When using the Ring app on iPhones and iPads running the latest iOS, Live View fails to stream video over Wi-Fi. Instead, it only displays a still image.
Key Observations/Troubleshooting:
Cellular Data: Live View works perfectly fine over a cellular connection.
App Version: On an older iPhone running an older version of the Ring app, Live View works normally over the same Wi-Fi network.
Web Browser: Accessing the dashboard via a PC web browser on the same Wi-Fi works without issues.
It appears to be a bug specific to version 5.101.0 of the app. Is there a known fix or a workaround for this issue? I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this.

Hi @user_58f08d. Are you able to share a screen recording demonstrating this behavior? I was unable to reproduce this on my iPhone, running the latest iOS and Ring app version 5.101.0.
