Hi Everyone,

We have just installed a gen2 ring doorbell. It is working fine on my iPhone but my Wife's does not give any alerts.  When I check the camera on her phone it is working but there is a message saying alerts off and when I tap this expecting it to toggle on its just goes to another screen with the same camera view. 

I tried the ring support line but just got a robot giving instructions too fast to follow and not descriptive enough.

Can any body help me?
