I have had my ring doorbell (2 actually since the first one stopped working within 4 months) for the last 14 months. The first one stopped working entirely after a few months but was covered under the warranty so they sent me a new to me but used damaged dented and scratched old doorbell. Shocker that this one also stopped working within just 8 months. And of course now my warranty is up…. Sounds like this is how they make their money. You are “covered” under a “warranty” in which they send you used damaged products that don’t last in hopes that you just buy a brand new device. What a shame. Never again.
