Move device to new email account

A good reason not to buy ring devices is if you have to change your email address, and you do not have access to the old email address you are unable to transfer the devices for 15 days!!! When person name, address, phone number etc all all the same!!! You are left without a door bell for 15 days! Thats what i call poor service and poor design so i need to buy and fit another doorbell for 15 days!!! Come on ring have you lost your common sense ? Why should anyone buy this products if you cannot carry out such a simple change shame on you
