Gen 2 Motion Detector placement
Can I stick my Gen 2 Motion Detector flat onto the ceiling at the top of the stairs so it covers the landing and down the stairs ?

Hi @user_f66fff. I do not recommend placing your motion detector on the ceiling, as this is not an ideal location for optimal performance. Ceiling placement would likely result in inaccurate motion detection. This Help Center article will give your guidance on setting up and using your Motion Detector.
