Hi folks,

My front door sensor keeps experiencing the same issue. The sensor is constantly going offline and the status is unknown.

I have changed the batteries multiple times but the only thing that works is factory resetting the sensor. When I do this the sensor will work for a day and then go back to not working. It’s so frustrating as the process to reset it is long. Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening?
