battery issue

ring doorbell not working after charging. when battery is charging, only green light was on. no orange light.what seems to be the issue? is the battery spoiled?

Hi Tony. Yes I'm having issues with my device. As what you said that the battery is fully charged, when i insert the battery in the device, there's no spinning white light. And when I check the app, it shows my battery is 0% and code P3-11
