Unable to receive AI descriptive alerts

Hi all.
I have exhausted everything in trying to get the AI descriptive alerts to work on my ring 2k wired doorbell including ring sending me a replacement unit.
Everything is set up as it should be but still no joy. The facial recognition is working ok.
Any suggestions please?

We have additional information on requirements and availability for Video Descriptions here. Can you share screenshots of how your settings are configured?
