Swapping devices on a plan
Curiously my old ring doorbell refused to charge the very same day the annual plan subscription left my bank account. I did not know this until I needed to register my new replacement doorbell. Is there some way I can transfer the plan that only started on 11th March to my new doorbell that I've received on 14th March?

Hi @user_37fefe. Ring Home Plans are not able to be transferred. You'll need to cancel one plan and subscribe to a new plan. The plan that is cancelled will receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time left.
