I have a ring pro 2 doorbell in which the lense is detaching itself from the camera. Upon doing a bit research I’ve seen hundreds of people have the same issue as me. Doorbell hasn’t recieved any damage the glue behind the lense is failing, clearly a manufacturer fault. I urge anyone with the same problem in experiencing to take the to an ombudsman. We are covered here in the UK by the consumer rights act. Goods must be fit for purpose. People should not be paying £219 for faulty goods and then being told the warranty doesn’t cover it.
