Ring doorbel not connecting to internet
After several years of using my ring doorbell 3 plus with my virgin Media provider, cant find wifi. i have been through most of the soloutions i find on line but to no avail. i have a chime in my livingroom where the router is located, i have split the 5ghz and 2.4 giz signals, the router and doorbell location has not changed in years.
when trying to re connect, it goes trough the process of getting me to push the orange button and put it into setup mode. it then goes through to 95% before telling me somthing whent wrong. i have removed the unit from the wall by the front door and brought it into the living room and it still cant find the device.
looking at the devise health of my chime is RSSI-35. the Network for the chime is my 2.4ghz status is online. doorbell will not connect
any clues please.

Hi @user_1be961. Thank you for sharing which troubleshooting steps you have already tried so far. One other thing I would suggest is to review your router security settings, and try lowering the firewall. If you are still unable to connect your Ring doorbell, please reach out to our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.
