Not receiving motion notifications

Hi
Recent installed the Battery 2nd generation doorbell, however neither myself or wife are receiving motion alert notifications on our iPhones. We receive notification of doorbell is pressed however no others. There are numerous motion events in the history, smart alerts are on ‘record & notify’, and app notifications are allowed in iPhone app settings. Can anyone please help!?

Hi @user_5bb468. Ensure the Motion Alerts toggle is turned on for both you and your wife, as this is the toggle that controls whether you receive a notification for motion detection. With Smart Alerts, is your doorbell set to record and notify you for all types of motion?
