Nightvision colour option gone!

Question

Hi there, Ring Doorbell 4 battery, I’ve had it for a few months and it’s been fine but suddenly the night vision is in black and white and the option to be able to toggle it to colour is not even there anymore in device settings!  Any ideas please?

Hi @Frostychick. Color Night Vision is not available on the Video Doorbell 4, so night vision will be in black and white.
