My 2nd gen battery video doorbell will only turn on when it’s plugged in and shows a full charge when it’s on. It shows up as hardwired in device settings with no way to change it, connects just fine but as soon as I unplug it, it doesn’t come back onAnd won’t connect

Hi @user_cb6f3e. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to your wifi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
